Features:
1.Vacuumized pipe rotates together with tank, it avoids the material pollution because of the wear of tank and vacuum pipe and the wear of sealing strip.
2.The sealing of tank two sides adopt advanced rotary joint sphere plumbago sealing technology.
3.The active support of motor can adjust the best tensioning degree of belt.
4.Inner tank, jacket and axle sleeve are welded together. Use large scale boring machine to process the flatness of axle sleeve and the concentricity of tank. It can ensure the radial runout of the main axle two sides is less than 0.2mm.
5.There is diaphragm type vacuum meter to show the vacuum degree in the tank, it can avoid the phenomenon of false vacuum.
Suitable materials
for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of powder, granular and fiber concentration, mixing, drying and low-temperature drying materials (such as biochemical products, etc.). It is more suitable for the drying of materials that are easy to oxidize, volatile, heat-sensitive, intensely stimulating, toxic materials and materials that are not allowed to destroy crystals.
